Easy Returns

While we stand by the quality of every product we sell, we understand that circumstances may lead you to change your mind or realize that the product you ordered isn't exactly what you were hoping for. At Rush Boardsports, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

Easy Returns Process

If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@rushboardsports.com.au with your order number.
  2. We will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Return Conditions

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for arranging/paying the return shipping costs of the item(s).

  • Item Condition: The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Please provide photographic evidence of this upon launching your return request. If the item does not arrive back at our warehouse/distribution center in this condition, we may not be able to process your refund.

  • "Like New" Condition: The item(s) must arrive back at our distribution center in "Like New" condition, showing no visual signs of wear, and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the processing of your return payment.

Damages

If the product is damaged, make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@rushboardsports.com.au on the day of delivery. Keep all original packaging for items that need to be returned. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department before processing.

We will ensure you receive an undamaged product as soon as possible. Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

International Orders

Our Easy Returns policy is not extended to orders shipped outside of Australia. If you are located in another country, please consider this risk.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Email or call our customer service team immediately for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Follow our 30 Day Return policy, subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.

  • Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for a return.

  • Rush Boardsports only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one-time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders purchased by promotional companies, and orders purchased by trade show facilitators.
