At Rush Boardsports, we believe in keeping things simple and easy. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and damages policy.

Free Shipping Conditions*

Free shipping is included for most products. Exclusions apply to the following:

  • Stand Up Paddle Boards (NSP / Surftech / CMP / Funky SUPS):

    • Flat Rate Delivery Fee of $159: Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Western Australia.

  • NSP Carolina Pro Carbon Racing SUP:

    • Flat Rate Delivery Fee of $159: Australia Wide.

  • Veloz Electric Scooters:

    • Flat Rate Delivery Fee of $159: Australia Wide.

We may not offer FREE SHIPPING on all products for all locations, but we are actively working to find ways to reduce your delivery costs wherever possible.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  1. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order and pre-authorizes your credit card for the purchase.

  2. Stock Availability: We check immediately to confirm if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If it's on back-order or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternatives.

  3. Processing and Dispatch: If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Shipment

  • Dispatch Time: If your order is in stock and the charges are processed, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You'll receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours of dispatch to the email address provided during checkout.

  • No Confirmation?: If you don't receive shipping confirmation within four business days, feel free to follow up with us at support@rushboardsports.com.au.

International Orders

  • Product Specifications: Our products are designed for the Australian market and require a 240V electrical system. While not certified for use with other countries' electrical safety standards, they comply with Australian standards.

  • Shipping Quote: For international orders, we'll provide a shipping quote upon request due to the wide variety of product dimensions. If you accept the quote, we'll prepare the order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.

Damages

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or do not accept the delivery.

  • Photographic Evidence: If you accept delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products inside. Send the photos to support@rushboardsports.com.au and visit our Easy Returns page to lodge your return claim.
