Assumption of Risk: By using any electric rideable, including electric skateboards, scooters, bicycles, surfboards and foil boards ("Electric Rideable"), provided by Rush Boardsports, you acknowledge and agree that you are assuming certain inherent risks and responsibilities associated with the use of Electric Rideable.

Safety Precautions: You are responsible for your safety and the safety of others while using Electric Rideable. Always wear appropriate protective gear, including a helmet, gloves, and knee and elbow pads. Ensure that you are familiar with and follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the use of Electric Rideables.

Rider's Responsibilities: As a rider of an Electric Rideable, you agree to the following:

Operate the Electric Rideable in a safe and responsible manner.

Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a certified helmet and protective wear.

Abide by the Roads and Transport Authority Rules and regulations within the State or Local Area of operation.

When applicable, follow ALL traffic rules and signals, including signposts that designate footpath and/or wheeled recreational devices.

Ride at a safe speed and in a controlled manner, taking into account road conditions, traffic, and pedestrians.

Inspect the Electric Rideable before each use to ensure it is in proper working condition.

Do not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you have any medical conditions or impairments that may affect your ability to operate it safely.

Do not allow anyone who is not authorised or incapable of operating the Electric Rideable safely to use it.

Always follow proper use and advice outlined in the products user manual.

Assess your riding conditions and use your common sense! All boardsports are action sports, and as such inherit a degree of risk. Conditions included but not limited to, poor to extreme weather conditions, conditions with poor visibility, unstable/unsuitable riding surfaces, steep inclines/declines, rough conditions and heavy swells.

If you elect not to comply to all Local, State and Federal Laws & Regulations and Product Use & Safety guidelines, it is recommended that you do not attempt to operate an electric rideable.

Electric Rideables are powerful and when misused, can cause serious injury or death. Care and responsible behaviour must be observed when operating any Electric Rideable or Device.

Store appropriately when not in use and ensure that the battery is disconnected from the charger when fully charged.

Do not leave the battery connected to the charge overnight or unattended.

Reporting Incidents: In the event of any accident, injury, or damage involving an Electric Rideable, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY REPORT IT to the local authorities.

Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the use of Electric Rideables. By using an Electric Rideable provided by Rush Boardsports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Product Use & Safety. If you do not agree with any part of this Product Use & Safety, you should refrain from using Electric Rideables provided by the Company.
